There are two different lineups for the Lubbock run. On April 24, Zach Top, a country artist who leans toward traditional sounds and has a lot of radio play, will perform. He is known for his neo-'90s arrangements. Also performing will be Dylan Gossett, an Austin-based breakout singer-songwriter whose song "Coal" brought him national attention. On April 25, Strait will be joined by Miranda Lambert, one of the most awarded singers in modern country music, and Hudson Westbrook, a new Texas singer with a strong online following. Both shows will be at Jones AT&T Stadium, Texas Tech's 60,000-seat home, where Strait has set records for attendance in the past.

Strait will be performing in South Carolina on May 2, 2026. This will be his first time at Clemson Memorial Stadium (Death Valley) in over 25 years. Cody Johnson, a platinum-selling country singer known for his hit song "'Til You Can't" and his ability to draw crowds to arenas, and Wyatt Flores, one of Nashville's fastest-rising Americana-country voices, are both on the lineup. The Clemson date is one of the biggest single-day country events on the East Coast for 2026. The concert will start at 6:00 PM.

George Strait will also make a major stop in Austin, Texas, with a four-night stand at the Moody Center in 2026. The initial shows on April 9 and April 11 will feature William Beckmann, a Texas-born traditional country artist known for his smooth baritone and classic influences rooted in Bakersfield and border music. Following strong demand, two additional Austin dates were added for May 15 and May 16, with support from Carter Faith, a rising Nashville-based artist whose modern country sound has gained national attention through touring and streaming. The Austin run marks Strait's return to the arena format, offering a more intimate concert experience compared to his stadium appearances elsewhere on the 2026 schedule.

Fans can expect The King to add more dates soon, as there is still talk in the industry about other markets. Insiders are talking about two possible new locations for Strait: Houston's NRG Stadium, which has been a Strait stronghold for a long time, and a possible Las Vegas Sphere Residency. As more news comes out, 2026 is looking like it will be one of Strait's biggest years for live shows in over a decade.
